At Bangkok Dream World, we understand that plans can change. To ensure a fair experience for all our customers, we have established the following cancellation policy:
- Free Cancellation
Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the selected visit date are eligible for a full refund with no cancellation fee. - Late Cancellations
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the selected visit date will incur a 100% cancellation fee, meaning no refund will be issued. - Processing Time
Please allow 2-5 business days for us to process your cancellation request. The cancellation fee will be applied based on the date and time of your request according to our supplier’s local time zone. - Refund Process
Once your cancellation is confirmed, any applicable refund will be processed within 14 working days.

- The confirmed cancellation date is based on our supplier’s local time in Bangkok, Thailand.
- We recommend making any cancellation requests as early as possible to avoid any fees.
